its hard when you have to let go of whatever in life you thought it would last forever - things you took for granted - but thats life - life has chapters in which you learn from - and in those tough ones we actually figure out who we truly are - and thats what hard time are truly for ; making who truly we are .
Now in this post I want to share few tips which helps you to go through such times (whether loosing a job or breaking up with your spouse … etc )
PS : you have to have a faith that whatever hard time you are going through will pass ..
1- Take your Time : at the beggening everything seems to be so hard to face right?! - you need to let whatever insdie your chest out so Cry ! Yes it is good to let it out Cry as much as you want - if your one of those people who need to talk to someone go ahead call your bestie and let is out - put in your mind that keeping it inside will make things worse !
2- Pray : praying is the most powerful weapon you could use -pray for strength - pray for being more wise - pray for whatever you want in life and have faith you will get to where you want !
3- What Lessons are there for me : Yes Ask your self like Oprah Whinfery usually does is asking her self what is it there to teach me - write down lessons you think you have learnt from this incident life a is long journey full of lessons so grab those lessons
4- Delete em all : Here is something people think it is not that important - Delete pictures , files that reminds you of what you have been through ! have the courage to delete everything as in everything !!! this will allow you to have that space where you can put your new you in !! its a relief
5- Write and Burn : another powerful tip Write a forgiveness letter to yourself and to who/whatever causes you pain - forgiveness does not mean that you want to allow people to hurt you in case that what you are facing "Forgiveness means you are letting go of what happen and you are now totally healed
6- re-Arrange : change your bed , change your lightening in your room - make a dramatic change to your surrounding - changing your area gives you a better feeling
7- Get Ready : Now that you are healed it is time to face life and be ready for what coming next cause you are in control of your life
