3-    Motivate yourself: whether by positive affirmation and ask those who are close to you to keep on motivating you that you will do great
4-    Get yourself new stuff : yes why not ! sometimes a new pen will change your mood
5-    Sustain a healthy lifestyle : and that’s my friends will help you to reach your goals
6-    Keep me posted : whether on Twitter , FB on how well you guys are doing

Love the message about letting go of the past and starting on a fresh new page. It's a new chapter so grab a new pen and start making new memories.

My Experience with NO Snapchat

kind of awkward  post I know but I thought it would be nice to share my experience with you guys living for almost two weeks without snapchat

How did it start

I always felt like I have to reduce checking on snapchat , every morning I wake up am like ok where is my phone whats new on snapchat and that is totally unhealthy
So I felt I should stop using it for awhile , after reading Michelle Phan Book specially the social media or digital detox part am like hmmm now it is the right time to do it ,  the same day I finished reading the book I was like Okay this is it! lets delete this App and have little peaceful break

Living my dream

When I was a little girl I remember telling my siblings that I have two personalities; the first is Noof as they know and the other one is the American personality and I named her "Suzie" how funny is that XDit has always been my dream to visit USA and experience living there .... Guess what

Also to learn how to be independent. Most importantly I want to inspire others.

The journey to get here took lots of courage and determination I had to be sure that this is what I really wanted and I have to be clear why do I really want it. For me this has made a huge shi…

scattered thoughts.....

living for almost a year in a complete different culture , being exposed to this whole new experience  made me realize that we are all same ...

I had friends from different parts of the world , with different backgrounds , different religion . I was not sure if being around  so many people with variety of differences was a safe enough for me  to do , I admit that I had this misconception that I might not be "welcomed" cause I cover my head but I guess such fears were implanted in my head due to what was presented in media , though , I literally stopped watching/reading news. But all what is out there highlights

But in community I lived with , I have learned that we  all have a goal which is larger than us .... help others to flourish , we were always there for each other whenever we needed support , we ar…
