Don’t panic - Special Post for students

I know most of you have started exams already and I know how hard this phase of your lifetime is, since I have been through such phase I would like to share few tips which I learned them in hard way or  lets say I wish if someone shared them with me before

Before everything lets agree on one fact (healthy mind in healthy body) which we can conclude from it is we need to take care of our mind, soul and body

  • Tip number one

Have a plan
Yes without a plan you wont be able to focus or give your energy on one task and accomplish it

  • Tip number two

Have an idol in your mind someone you always look up at and see how successful they are ! and put in your mind if they did then you can do it , having an idol will defntly give you a realy motivation to work even harder

  • Tip number three

Eat healthy goodies : please forget about the fast food and stuff you are actually ruing your mind and your full stomach will shut your mind  off

  • Tip number four

Sleep well : sleeping will always help both your mind and body to function perfectly

  • Tip number five

Breath in Breath out : clear your mind from negative energy by praying , mediation or have someone to share your fears with like your family for example , or take a long walk with bare foot ! its works

  • Tip number six

Those who always work hard will reach to where they aim for  “ enough said “

  • Tip number seven

Have a colorful highlighters , the truly help you when you do the last quick revise

  • Tip number eight

Make it a great experience , remember the feelings you will get if you got the score your aiming for ! Glory time

Now lets move to some beauty tips

Clean  your skin
Yes keep your skin always looking healthy no matter how busy you are , don’t forget the toner and the moisturizer

Mask it up
use mask that suits your skin type, it clears all the impurities and prevent from any breakouts 

Add mint to your water
try it and you will thank me

have a 7 minutes s exercise

Use a calming shower jell 
it helps in calming your nerves

Little make up
BB or CC cream with light touch of powder , 
Light shade of  blush and  gloss

Where Are We Now - Week 1

Hello my readers am back with first update of Ramadan Schedule

Let me tell you one thing I know for sure : it is real fun when you plan how will you spend the next month or  two , planning itself will change your entire mood , and will change your way of thinking to accomplishing things

So after my plan I was aiming to start implementing from day one ! I actually did face a little of a challenge to start all the items !! I  guess the discipline part needs improvement too ><"

The only challenge I have faced was managing my sleeping hours , and that of course has affected my entire schedule , I am one of those people who can not really function well when I don't get my beauty sleep .

I made a small journal in which I use to keep track of how well a doing

You can tell exactly where the push ! and maybe a slap is needed :P just kidding ....
after reviewing the schedule I kept thinking if I need some sort of a prompt reminder on my phone this way maybe I wont forget to fini…

Change for better

I am a great believer that in each one of us, there is this hidden cleverness that we can use to create a new path in our lives, path leads to better ;more exciting ;more successfulsimply a better life . So Why not use this mind !! and plan for this path in the best time of the year in Ramadan .
Week ago I had this thought, that I should plan for something different this year in Ramadan , not to focus only on spirituality but also on mental and physical change .
So I asked my friends on my SnapChat and they have shared tremendous ideas! Okay I don’t want to make this post long let me share with you what does my schedule contains:
Istighfar for 1000 times or more Alhamdulillah for 1000 times or more Quran recitation Choosing a topic which enlighten my mind (this time I choose to read about the chakras) * choosing a topics for weekly bases * Write my progress on weekly bases on my blog
