Clean body and mind plan







I was  inspired by  Blair Fowler… when she post about the same topic I thought of doing the same plan , we all need to follow healthy diet don’t we ? well to be honest am happy with my diet though slight changes is needed to make it better , am not posting this to ask you to do the same each one of us has her\his own way to have healthy life , I just thought of sharing mine and would definitely  LOVE to know yours


Clean body

  • ·      Less caffeine : I cant stop completely from having tea but less is better
  • ·      Less sugar baby !
  • ·      No chocolate for a whole month “ yes I can handle that “ last year didn’t have chocolate for more than two months “
  • ·      Give up on fast food “ for a whole month “



More
  • ·      H2O
  • ·      Fruits and vegetables
  • ·      Green Tea
  • ·      Exercise early morning or even dancing like I do every time I feel like dancing
  • ·      Use stairs instead of using elevator
  • ·      8 hours sleep  “ damn it is always the hardest part especially during weekdays
  •  


Clean Mind
Give up on
  • Procrastination*
  • Time waster “ BB , Google chat “ while am at work
  • Texting while am with my family  “


Start
  •  Gratitude list
  • Quran on daily basis
  • Read read read !
  • Praying Duha and keyam el lail For those who don’t know what am talking about check out below links

great goals, have to admire you on the chocolate, caffeine and fast food goals, great goals and hard to do! Love the gratitude and prayers, and the clean mind goals, gonna be a great month! And if it becomes a habit, who knows!

I didn’t have the chance to add my comment on your pervious subjects, but I do like each & everything you add in your blog. Actually I am working on the caffeine and fast food thingy. I started last week to quit my super addict to Karak tea and it goes great, instead I am drinking herbs (Thyme). While, the fast food, I quit it from 2 months and thanks to you I’ll work on chocolate >< lol ,, I believe in you and I am glad to know you as a friend & a colleague. Simply you make everything beautiful . ^^ Amal

Where Are We Now - Week 1

Hello my readers am back with first update of Ramadan Schedule

Let me tell you one thing I know for sure : it is real fun when you plan how will you spend the next month or  two , planning itself will change your entire mood , and will change your way of thinking to accomplishing things








So after my plan I was aiming to start implementing from day one ! I actually did face a little of a challenge to start all the items !! I  guess the discipline part needs improvement too ><"


The only challenge I have faced was managing my sleeping hours , and that of course has affected my entire schedule , I am one of those people who can not really function well when I don't get my beauty sleep .


I made a small journal in which I use to keep track of how well a doing








You can tell exactly where the push ! and maybe a slap is needed :P just kidding ....
after reviewing the schedule I kept thinking if I need some sort of a prompt reminder on my phone this way maybe I wont forget to fini…

My Experience with NO Snapchat

kind of awkward  post I know but I thought it would be nice to share my experience with you guys living for almost two weeks without snapchat


How did it start 

I always felt like I have to reduce checking on snapchat , every morning I wake up am like ok where is my phone whats new on snapchat and that is totally unhealthy
So I felt I should stop using it for awhile , after reading Michelle Phan Book specially the social media or digital detox part am like hmmm now it is the right time to do it ,  the same day I finished reading the book I was like Okay this is it! lets delete this App and have little peaceful break


Addiction Symptoms 

sounds serious symptoms huh ? well the first couple of days I would wake up and look for the snapchat app and then am like Woopss I deleted it , then I switched my snapchat addiction to Instagram "Funny how things can go " . right away I figured this is aint going to work so I kept leaving my phone the whole day after coming back from work and k…

What I am going to miss ...

Hello my beautiful readers I feel super guilty for not posting for such a long time I guess MAPP took most of my time or maybe I would have sometime if I managed my time a bit better don't you think ? :p
Anyhow believe it or not almost ONE month left for graduation !! I just don't know how time flies so fast , as much as I am super excited to go back home and re-live my normal life or the life that I love , I know that I will miss this phase of my life. This phase taught me so much about myself and its funny to say this  but MAN!! I am so proud of myself ^^ , so I thought of writing this post as I reflect upon the last 7 months.

There are so many things I will miss when I will go back home ....
