PM: OFF To Thai

Have you ever been there? If so I really hope you do have a better opinion than what I have got about Thai

Ok I thought it would be really boring to have this post as a long story kinda thing so I’ve made it as Q&A like >>> trying to be creative =P
So Enjoy J

#Where to
Thai – Bangkok

#How long have you stayed there ?
Almost a week and it has been like a whole year

#Have you tried their food by any chance ?
No , no no no ask my sis how sick I get when I smell their food ><”

#Tell us about Thai ppl ?
Well again as a “reminder” this my opinion … its so F***ing hard to communicate with them and what really piss me off when they repeat the last word your saying am like is that my echo or what o,0
But what I really admire about them is how hard working they are!!

#what about karak?
Don’t even ask it was a real disaster! Ask dad how moody I was! but you know what the funny part is I’ve find out day before leaving Thai a small restaurant which was meant for making  a real karak I was about to cry

#How was the Weather ?
Hot and  Cloudy most of the time … but I LOVED heavy rains

#Best part of your trip
Floating market , Riding an elephant  and of course being with my family

No matter what time of the year it is I’d rather stay at home and have krk

At the end of each Post I will share with you random funny conv  from my BBM

Sounds like Thailand was a great experience. You should have tried the food! I like some Thai food and some of it I am with you, just can't do it. I have only had Americanized Thai food and I suspect that is different that the food in Thailand. I hope to go there someday to experience it myself!

Sounds like it was a great experience. I hope to go there someday myself. Too bad you didn't try the food. I like most of the Thai food here in the US, but I am sure it is Americanized and different than what was there. Very cool trip and a nice post.

My Experience with NO Snapchat

kind of awkward  post I know but I thought it would be nice to share my experience with you guys living for almost two weeks without snapchat

How did it start

I always felt like I have to reduce checking on snapchat , every morning I wake up am like ok where is my phone whats new on snapchat and that is totally unhealthy
So I felt I should stop using it for awhile , after reading Michelle Phan Book specially the social media or digital detox part am like hmmm now it is the right time to do it ,  the same day I finished reading the book I was like Okay this is it! lets delete this App and have little peaceful break

Addiction Symptoms

sounds serious symptoms huh ? well the first couple of days I would wake up and look for the snapchat app and then am like Woopss I deleted it , then I switched my snapchat addiction to Instagram "Funny how things can go " . right away I figured this is aint going to work so I kept leaving my phone the whole day after coming back from work and k…

Can Creating a loving world a "possible" mission ?

When you think about it ....we are all human being "regardless" of labels "we" have created it

scattered thoughts.....

living for almost a year in a complete different culture , being exposed to this whole new experience  made me realize that we are all same ...

I had friends from different parts of the world , with different backgrounds , different religion . I was not sure if being around  so many people with variety of differences was a safe enough for me  to do , I admit that I had this misconception that I might not be "welcomed" cause I cover my head but I guess such fears were implanted in my head due to what was presented in media , though , I literally stopped watching/reading news. But all what is out there highlights

But in community I lived with , I have learned that we  all have a goal which is larger than us .... help others to flourish , we were always there for each other whenever we needed support , we ar…

Living my dream

When I was a little girl I remember telling my siblings that I have two personalities; the first is Noof as they know and the other one is the American personality and I named her "Suzie" how funny is that XDit has always been my dream to visit USA and experience living there .... Guess what

Today I am at United States pursing my masters at University of Pennsylvania
No Magic was required to make my dream came true all I needed was to "believe that it will happen in the right time " I know this might sound like ridiculous topic to talk about and what a goal !! to me it is not just to live the western life, it is to know my true self without any instructions, to appreciate everything that I have. Also to learn how to be independent. Most importantly I want to inspire others.

The journey to get here took lots of courage and determination I had to be sure that this is what I really wanted and I have to be clear why do I really want it. For me this has made a huge shi…
